Wasco Warriors finish ninth in state of Illinois

The MLB baseball regular season just ended but the Illinois 10u season has been over for some time. But the final ABR Power Rankings for the state were just released and sitting at No. 9 are the Wasco Warriors, featuring Egon Hein, the nephew of heinnews’s own David Hein.

The Warriors finished the season with a 43-8-1 record which included four tournament titles.

“It doesn’t matter that much to us coaches but the boys deserve a little credit. Besides we are still practicing. Wait till next year!!!” said Wasco coach Steve Hein.
